has examined your application and is not satisfied with it for the following reasons:

1 Principal Place of Business - Document Upload - Others (Please specify) - Rx, On verification from
PGVCL site, it is seen that the consumer No. mentioned in the uploaded electricity bill is showing as
"Invalid Consumer No.". Then how this bill is uploaded. Please upload legible ownership document
like registered sale deed, Index-2, property tax bill having name of owner and complete address of
principal place of business. Also upload legible colour copy of Aadhar of owner of the premises.
