    Order of Rejection of Application for Registration

    This has reference to your reply filed vide ARN AA2410230105811 dated 04/10/2023. The reply has been examined and
    the same has not been found to be satisfactory for the following reasons:

    1 Principal Place of Business - Address - Others (Please specify) - Please Specify


    2 Goods and Services - Details of Services - Details of Services - Please Specify
    3 The principal place of business is residential address. The retail business activity of footwears and
    related articles along with its account keeping and stock would not be possible from residential place
    crossing threshold specified in the law. Also, the SCN query related to HSN code of service being
    offered is not answered satisfactorily. Hence, the application is being rejected.

    Therefore, your application is rejected in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
