Dhaalchaa procedure :

¼ kg brinjal

150 paruppu = 100 thoram parupu + 50 kadala paruppu

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp garlic paste

1 small ballari

1 tsp coriander powder

¼ tsp chilli powder

2 green chilli medium size

1 small tomato

Pudina and coriander leaves small amount… like 2 table spoon of cut leaves

Very small amount of kari masal

Very small amount of turmeric powder

¼ kg manga

gooseberry size tamarind

Procedure

Add water at first and Put everything in a pan and cook add tamarind in last.
