STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM

I will talk in this project about strawberries with cream.

Strawberries with cream are a typical dessert popular in Cundinamarca and therefore considered a
Colombian dessert.
In the books of gastronomy of South America this particular dessert is talked about and Colombian
nationality is applied to it.
The strange question is that there are other countries that "claim" the nationality of the delicious
Strawberries with Cream.
Its origin according to the story that the first person who combined strawberries with cream was
Henry VIII's cardinal friend, Thomas Wolsey, because he unexpectedly received visitors and it was
the only thing he could think to offer, so this is how the strawberry was invented cream.
This dish I like a lot because it is very delicious, because it is my favorite dessert and especially
because it is very easy to prepare.
To prepare this dish we will need the following.
500 grams of Cream
500 grams of strawberries
250 grams of sugar
50 grams of blueberries
Preparation
- We will wash the strawberries and disinfect them, and all the utensils that we will use as spoons and
bowl
- Cut into small squares the strawberries.
-In a bowl we will put the chopped strawberries, we will add the cream, the sugar and the blueberries.
-We mix until everything is integrated and we try to know if nothing is missing.
-We enjoyed a delicious strawberries with cream!
