2019-2020 School Year Fees

*Registration and Building Fees- As per Diocesan policy, registration and building fees
will be paid directly through FACTS Management once registration is accepted by St.
Joseph’s School. *Registration and/or Building Fees are not refundable.
*Registration Fees - $400.00 (per student) *Building Fees - $150.00 (per family)

*Monthly Tuition (including sibling discounts) automatically drafted on a monthly basis from July-April
through FACTS (No monthly payments will be accepted at the office—No exceptions). All families must
register with FACTS whether they choose to be on a payment plan or pay for school year in full.

Pre-K: $ 408.00 per month Three Children: $1,397.40 per month


Kinder: $ 479.40 per month Four Children: $1,856.40 per month
One Child: $ 581.40 per month Five Children: $2,320.50 per month
Two Children: $ 999.60 per month

FACTS Management offers the option to pay with a major credit card at 2.75% fee

DISCOUNTS
Military Discount- active military families qualify for a $250 discount that may be applied towards registration
or tuition.
Parishioner Discount – families registered as parishioners of St. Joseph Church qualify for a $250 discount that
may be applied towards registration or tuition.
Promotional Discount – receive one (1) month free tuition for every new family that you recommend and
registers at our school.

OTHER FEES
Technology Fee – 6th – 8th: $20/per month/per student PK-5th: $15/per month/per student

Graduation Fee – a fee of $150 is required from each 8th grade student

Holy Communion Fee- a fee of $50 is required from each Holy Communicant

Kinder Graduation Fee- a fee of $45 is required from each Kinder graduate

After-School Care
Supervised after-school care is available every day in the cafeteria from 3:30pm to 6:00pm at the following
hourly rates:
$5-One (1) child $7-Two (2) children $9-Three (3) children
Children are encouraged to do homework while in the after-school program. The accrued fees will be collected
through your FACTS account on a monthly basis. PLEASE NOTE: Any child left after 6:00pm or on early
dismissal days will automatically be charged a fee of $25.
Diocesan Raffle Mandatory Fundraiser – In an effort to assist the Diocesan Office of Education Fund, this is
the only St. Joseph School’s mandatory fundraiser of 100 tickets per student. Each ticket is $1.
VIRTUS Safe Environment Program
Our teachers and school benefit from the assistance of volunteer parents throughout the year. In compliance
with safe environment guidelines established by the Catholic Diocese of El Paso, ALL faculty, staff, volunteers
and parents must receive the VIRTUS: Protecting God’s Children Program training. The school will provide
training for new parents and for current parents who have not received the training yet. All students will receive
age-appropriate VIRTUS training at school.
