YOUR LIQUID PRODUCTS.
This Soil Association certified Conditioner Base contains
73% Organic Ingredients. It is fully formulated,
pre-thickened and only requires the addition of organic
essential oils or fragrance. It is suitable for all hair types
and enriched with nourishing emollients.

Hair Conditioner Base is fully formulated, cold process,

pre-preserved and ready to go. Ideal for manufacturers
large or small, hand fill or automate to produce a line of
liquid products.

Will allow production of a certified Hair Conditioner, if

the converter/filler has organic certification
Blended with nourishing organic certified Shea Nut
butter, Jojoba, Sunflower and Olive oils
Enriched with moisturising Aloe Vera and conditioning
Sugar Beet Betaine
Light velvety texture
Suitable for all hair types
Rinse out for normal to oily hair types
Partially rinse out for normal to dry hair types
Contains nourishing emollients

EXAMPLE RECIPE
Here we show you how to convert one of our liquid bases into a Hair conditioner using our Hair
Conditioner Base.

Follow the steps below to create a range of tailored Liquid soap products
using our innovative Hair Conditioner Base.

Hair Conditioner Base - Add the desired weight needed

Add upto 2% fragrance / essential oil
Mix together for 5 minutes until additives / ingredients are dispersed
Fill into your finished packaging

Open - Simply open the packaging and weigh out your desired amount of
Hair Conditioner Base.

Heat - Whilst stirring, heat the hair conditioner base to 38 – 40c. Add

Add - Add Essential Oils or Fragrances of your choice to your liquid base.
We recommend adding no more 0.5% to the Hair Conditioner Base.

Mix - Gradually mix the materials together in a suitable container until

smooth and homogeneous, approx. 10 - 15 minutes.

Fill - Once fully mixed fill into your chosen packaging, bottles, or tubs.
(always run full stability testing prior to sale / distribution)
