I wish to place on record the help I received from many quarters in the

completion of the present study. First and the foremost, I express my heartily

M.Com., M.B.A., Ph.D., MIMA, LIII., Department of Commerce and Business

Administration, Acharya Nagarjuna University, without whose valuable

guidance and intellectual endeavour, this work would not have been possible. I

must be grateful to him throughout my life for the empathy and affection
