Maintenance and Utilization

A. Remuneration (Rewards)

•Basic rewards given to employees

•MVP(Most Valuable Performer)-

•MPI(Monthly Performance Incentives) - Php 1500

•VIP- Php 10000 below depends on the performance of the employees (every 3 months)

•Employee of the Month-Php 6000

•Employee of the Quarter-Vacation for 2 days in one of the tourist spots here in the
Philippines.

•Employee of the Year-Trip to Australia for 2 persons.

•Team of the Month-Party or simple celebration depends on the company who will give
budget for the team.

•Basis for given rewards

The employee should be able to perform wisely. When it comes to attendance, the
employee should be able to have a hundred percent attendance no late and absences. The Axiem
Corporation also have a 0 mistake policy, which includes the combination of performance and
attendance. No coaching, no memo received so the employee needs to work hard and meet the
required quotas to get the said rewards.

B. Performance Appraisal

•Who conducts?

In Axiem Corporations, The supervisors are the one who evaluate the performance of the
employee

•How often and every when?

When it comes to performance appraisals, the Axiem Corporation already have every 6
months and yearly then every 3 months when the employee is already promoted.The company
also have an appraisal for the monthly coaching which is the team leader report those
observations about the performance of the employee to the supervisor.

•Areas being evaluated(core position)

The Axiem Corporation evaluates the attendance which should be always monitored,
productivity of the employee , performance behavior of the employee in workplace,coaching
initiative to improve the performance and a relationship with superior and to employee.

C. Labor Relations
•Initiatives of the company to maintain a good relationship with employees

The company maintain the good relationship with employees by engaging every month,
give feedback about the performance of the employee. Every quarter the company will have a
theme day which is every employee need to dress up depends on the theme, coaching for
employees and the way to have a get together.
