Topic- moon phases

Grade- 1st

Description- the students created the moon phases and wrote facts using white crayons on black paper.
They were hung up on a board in the hallway to display what they’ve learned and to help teach other
students.

Materials- White crayons, black paper, student work. (Geist Elementary is not allowed to have paper on
the walls due to fire hazards.)

Explanation- The students are required to learn about space and the moon phases for the cirriculum.
