First of all, this seems like a great project! I want to build something like this. I noticed you're using
Raspbian and Ubuntu/Linux. Would this be possible with Windows 10 IoT Core and a Windows 10 PC?

I am attempting to replicate this and step 5 is returning an error "unable to locate package libbtbb2"
and "package 'libtbb-dev' has no installation candidate"

I think there is a issue for opencv version as we are using opencv 2.4.
