Type of product or service- Sainsbury’s have all type of products on the


online store which covers people's needs. They have a large variety of
sections to choose from as you can see below you can see that you can
choose what type of product or service you want. So the website takes you in

sales and revenue. They advertise loads of new products that are in trend so
they reach a large variety of customers. By having new products they will

and they get the product. If Sainsbury’s provide goods and services on a
global scale people would think as it might be the biggest online service.

As you can see in this photo Sainsbury’s have a price lockdown, this is when
the business keeps the prices the same and do not increase them, this shows
that they are loyal to the customers. By doing this it makes the customers like
the business more as this is the first thing the customers see.

How the website attempts to interact with the customer- The way the
website interact with the customer is by the website having cheap and good
quality products on the homepage to make sure the customers buy them.
They also ask for emails and phone numbers to notify them about new
products or services, and keep messaging them to visit the business again
and buy more products.

good quality products on the first page when you open the online business,
they do this to put the products in customers faces to make them always see

Amazon is one of the leading online retail platforms worldwide, offered users not only

of product or service for their business because they sell products from other
businesses on their website and they also make their own products and buy their
own products as well which they would sell for a higher price than what they had
bought it for to make profit.

The aims and objectives of Amazon is that they want to provide everything that the
customers might need, so they can try and attract more customers to try and find the
product that the customer wants is an important aim for Amazon They also increase
market share by selling more than their competitors, so the customers would want to
keep buying products from Amazon because they know that Amazon sell a lot of
different products. Also market growth is a big aim on their website as they offer

well.

Amazon interacts with the user on the website by doing less communication than
what other online businesses might do because a lot of the process communication

situation without causing a lot of problems to the customers, so try to get everything

Amazon gains the attention of the user by making the website look eye catching and
advertising their cheap and high quality products on the homepage of the website.
This would grab the attention of the customer because the products are cheap and
high quality. Also they gain the attention of the user by showing the products on the
homepage that are on sale which is only limited time offer as well. This would also
want the customers to buy the product because it’s on sale and the customers could
save money if they buy it cheap as well.
