FERROLI GROUP designs and manufactures with success - since more than 50 years - cast iron boilers in its foundry
and assembling lines located in northern Italy. A solid cast iron gas boiler like PEGASUS is a wise choice for a first
installation but also in case a simple, trouble-free boiler replacement is required, thus improving system efficiency
and continuing to enjoy a reliable operation that FERROLI can offer. This is possible thanks to its skilled research
and its efficient and certified production process and premises (AD 2000, ISO 9001:2008) as well as products
homologated and appreciated around the world.

> BOILER BODY

PEGASUS is a floor standing gas boiler for heating only, natural draught,
with semi-cooled combustion chamber. The boiler body is made in cast
iron sections nippled together and generously insulated.
Two different cast iron sections are adopted, according to the boiler size.
For smaller boilers (56-107 kW), element with factory name “B.A.G. 21”
is used, whereas for higher outputs (119-289 kW) section named as
“LS3” is mounted. Intermediate cast iron
section, type LS3

> BURNER
The burner is made of AISI 304 stainless steel heads. Electronic ignitions
occurs through intermittent pilot flame, whose ionisation current is detected
by a dedicated safety device. Pegasus burner group operates a steady and
clean combustion.
It operates on natural gas G20/G25, or, through the specific transformation
kit, on liquid gas G30/G31.
