Introduction
Rejuvenation in our context means the procedure of
enhancing a person‟s looks, feelings, youthfulness and
vitality. You may ask why in a world that is teaming with
over seven billion humans, who are struggling and
killing each other for survival and access to meagre
resources and whose population is rising exponentially,
anyone should desire to reverse ageing and delay death
rather than have the best of what is available in the
shortest possible time. This is really not as complex as it
seems. It all boils down to being a personal matter.
People who enjoy life through chance, fate or effort may
want to reverse part of it or prolong the remainder, those
who are victims in life may either want to try it out anew
or have it terminated naturally or otherwise. It therefore
depends on whom and on what circumstance one may
desire rejuvenation or longevity.

This work is meant to be practical. Therefore, it should


be short and straight to the point with precise, fail proof
instructions. In truth, I can give all the instructions that
you need to rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit in just
a few pages. This will be done in the following chapter:
synopsis.

And the work would have ended there as the majority of


readers will find out. There are those who will fling it
away in contempt as the unbelievable fantasy of a crazy
writer, those who will simply not understand what the
whole thing is about and those who do not care in the
least about becoming young again or being alive when
they should be dead. Those who enthusiastic and
impatient about the matter will not want to spend time
reading about explanations and theories. There are a
few readers who will want to know more or have
adequate proof of claims in the text before venturing into
the practice. It is for this last group that the exposé is
enlarged.

It is the intimate intention of the author to let these


secrets, which are not surreptitious to the scientific, to
positively influence everyone who comes across them,
however pessimistic they may be. The work was
intended to be free source, that is, free of charge and
modifiable to and by anyone. But considering human
nature, it will be worthless and therefore not attain the
desired results: free gifts are almost always not
acceptable.

To most readers, the title itself is not acceptable.


However, we advocate an open mind and pray each
independent reader to try out the suggestions and
experience for themselves the impressions and
outcomes. You are encouraged to start out with the
outline and attempt what is suggested therein, and then
follow up with the explanations in subsequent chapters
to have a deeper grasp of matters.

You may find that some of the material offered is


superfluous or downright unscientific. In such a case, it
is in your right to reject what you may and to adopt or
adapt whatever suits you. There is no gospel here since
there is nothing that can suit any two individuals equally.
Each human, in fact every creature in the whole
universe is unique and no two even in the same family
or grouping, even if identical genetically, can ever be the
same.

Everyone will be influenced differently and uniquely. We


can only surmise and group the results in an arbitrary
manner. Some readers will be influenced negatively;
others will not be affected at all while the rest will be
helped to various degrees. It is with this last grouping
that we are concerned.

We will not spend our time in wrangling over what


rejuvenation and longevity mean. However one fact
stands out when these terms are used; it is that those
who are concerned are old people. Children, youth and
even the middle aged are hardly touched by these
terms. We are therefore almost certain that our readers
and potential beneficiaries are folks of above forty years
of age.

This work is the result of personal trials. Everything


herein has been done on a personal basis and the
results have been almost unbelievable. I am 60 but I
now look 40. Moreover I have not had any disease for
the past twelve years and have not taken a single tablet
or drop of pharmaceutical medicine during this period.
You are not asked to believe anything about this. You
are enjoined to test it in absolute self-honesty for a few
months and then observe the results. What books,
scientists or doctor say, does not matter the least. I
have seen and experienced the results myself. I have
seen and know many other people who have tried this,
even half-heartedly, with extremely positive results.
Results speak for themselves.

You have nothing to fear, nothing to lose and everything


to gain by trying these methods. You do not have to try
all of them, though there are many more than are listed
here; try those that are easy and affordable and that
resonate with your own beliefs. Even by just trying a few
of these exercises after careful reasoning, coupled with
the assurance and feeling of success, you will be
surprised by how much you have changed, say after a
couple of months. You will feel much, much better.
It unquestionably works but requires persistence. One
quarter of the people assessing this work is addicted to
foods that are cooked and processed. Addictions for
sugar, bread, cereal, pizza and cheese will make these
people to give up shortly after starting. Some of those
who persist for some time, when they start to detoxify
their bodies, become scared and give up because their
bodies are bringing up to the surface all kinds of junk
and disorders that have been stored in the cells for
decades. So, another quarter of those who started fall
away. For some, their diseases go away; they feel so
great and invincible that they slide back to their old
ways. Only the remaining one quarter who are
tenacious and unrelenting succeed in the end.

Start with the basics, mindful of what is right and wrong


for you and then pay close attention to your body and
how it reacts to what you do. You will know what your
truth is when it resonates as something you always
knew deep within. That time is now. There is nothing to
be afraid of. You will not lose the comforts of your
lifestyle. On the contrary, you will become amazingly
alive, wishing you had come across this work earlier.
The sooner you start, the sooner you will be celebrating
life like never before; when you will forget what it is like
to be ill.

Synopsis
The concept of getting younger or of living longer comes
from the mind, ignited by impulses from both the
cravings of the personality and the necessities of the
body. The mind, the reasoning faculties of the soul
endeavours to find solutions to the inputs from the
sense organs which are the gateways of the body and
psyche. The first step in attaining rejuvenation and
longevity is to bring the body into a state of perfect
health. This is done with the absence of any
pharmaceutical drugs which on their part are designed
to degrade our health. You will see that the acquisition
and maintenance of excellent health is crucial to both
objectives

The mind
The way you think is crucial to the success of this
scheme. Your mind will be engaged in planning,
meditation and visualization all along. Our first step in
tackling this issue is therefore to align the mind by
meticulously apply the following two steps:
1. Recognise your desire for youth and long life as coming
from the depth of your being. It is not a bad idea and
should not be fought against or suppressed. It is your
idea: accept it as such. Examine it to see if it is a priority
and if you can do without it.
2. Decide if you want to fulfil the desire. If so, examine its
benefits to you and to your loved ones. Look at how it
will benefit others and the rest of the world. Will it hurt
other people or deprive others of their rights to
existence and access to resources? Once you are
satisfied that you want to go ahead, then this becomes
your intent, your will.
3. The next step is to take action on the mind by taking the
following step: become well informed and educated in
this matter by going through this work and making your
own research on the art and science of rejuvenation and
longevity in a bid to master the subject.

Physical and Mental Actions:


1. Gather all tools and implements required for you to
rejuvenate and prolong your life. The following tools
are heeded but not compulsory: Orgone device,
Electromagnetic Pulse Generator, Blood Electrifier
and SG (HHO) gas generator;
2. Prepare an environment where you will be able to
follow your program without disturbing others or
being disturbed, and install an Orgone device at the
site
3. Start doing the directed exercises with the least
delay. The following do not require tools

These should be done while the tools are being self-
constructed, shipped from supplier or from the author.
Once these are ready, the full range of exercises should
be accomplished unfailingly according to schedule. On a
daily basis, action should be done in the order (with the
times adjusted to suit personal constraints) depicted in

Visualisation
Imagination is the foundation of creation. If you cannot
build a castle in the air, you will never be able to build
one on the ground. You have to see yourself, in your
mind, as a youthful person, full of vigour and living a
long, rewarding and happy life. See the benefits of a
youthful and long life for yourself, your loved ones,
friends, even enemies (if any) and for the entire world.
See yourself as already living that life; see the things
you will be doing: the games, entertainments, friends,
work, travels…. See what you will be doing to better the
world, a world that is good for everybody, where
everyone is youthful and long lived.

Emotions
Begin by imagining the reality you would like to
experience. Thinking on the details, FEEL all of the
appropriate emotions that go with those details. You
may feel a mixture of excitement, joy and love. As you
FEEL these emotions, their conceptions come into
being and are made manifest. There are emotions
which arise in response to states and circumstances
[these subjective feelings are human] and there are
emotions which cause things to be, circumstances to
happen and states attained: these are the tools of
creation.
Being at peace within the self at all times is one of the
most important emotions ever.
When you hide your feelings your body suffers from
headaches, ulcers and cancers.
Scientific studies show beyond doubt that our feelings
are more powerful than anything we have imagined:
they literally create reality. This is Epigenetic Medicine.
If you feel satisfied and cheerful about life, your body
starts healing miraculously, defying reasonable
explanation. This process is immediate. Research has
found that speaking and thinking correct thoughts
actually changes a person‟s DNA!

Gratitude
The expressions of contentment, satisfaction, and
thankfulness on attaining the desired outcomes are the
normal trend. But this should not end there: endeavours
should be made to share with all, extending to all
benevolent life-forms for the benefit of the entire earth
and of the universe at large.
The Core Requirements
1. Locate and condition the site of your exercises with
focused intent and if possible, with an Orgone
device;
2. Perform internal work by conditioning the mind (by
sagacity and meditation) and emotions;
3. Perform physical exercises which include breathing,
inversion and whole body vibration without
instruments initially;
4. Eat fresh foods, fruits and vegetables and drink lots
of water preferably infused with HHO;
5. Avoid pharmaceuticals, processed foods, toxins and
stress.
Read details of the above in the explanations in the
following chapters. Observe that no instruments are
required at this initial stage, although instruments will
boost the results a great deal. Follow the course for two
months and see the results for yourself.
The Mind
Healthy Brains, Healthy Bodies
Large population studies have revealed strong links
between intelligence and both mental and physical
health.

In Western populations, in the middle-aged and elderly,


the most common cause of death and disability is
cardiovascular disease. Low intelligence tests scores
are related to risks of personality disorders, melancholy,
cardiovascular disease and other illnesses. Lower
intelligence leads to lifestyle choices which are harmful
to health. Smoking, alcohol abuse, idleness and poor
diet, which promote the risk of cardiovascular disease,
are more common in folks whose scores on intelligence
tests in childhood and youth were low.

By acknowledging the role of intelligence in health


disparities, public health specialists can intervene to
help close the gap. The risk of getting into a fight or
brawl is more than eight times as great for the least
intelligent as opposed to the most intelligent members of
a community. Childhood intelligence and old age mental
decline are connected to the body‟s ability to circulate its
blood

Positive Thinking Increases Longevity


Your feelings and emotional state can and do affect
your physical body and overall health and this
relationship is commonly referred to as mind-body
connection. When you experience negative emotions
such as anxiety, hostility or pessimism, you will often
feel it on a physical level in the form of chest pain, an
upset stomach, palpitations or headaches.

Negative emotions are a natural part of normal living


but, if persistent, they lead to increased risks of many
diseases and even shorten life. It is well known that
negative emotions affect the immune system, which
leads to more susceptibility to infection. Uncontrolled
stress also leads to high blood pressure and heart
disease.

Recent studies have shown that optimism decreases


the risk of heart attacks and increases longevity.
Participants in a Heart Study were examined on the
level of stress in their lives. Men with higher levels of
stress had an overall risk of death which was 32 %
greater than men with low stress, and younger men with
high levels of stress had more than double the chance,
compared to normal men, of developing heart disease.
Similar results were found for women in nearly 100,000
post-menopausal women for more than eight years.
Levels of optimism were measured by a questionnaire
and the most optimistic women had a 14 %lower chance
of dying of any cause and a 9% lower chance of dying
from heart attack.

There are several simple things you can do to overcome


pessimism and to develop a more positive outlook on
life. When confronted with a danger such as an
approaching train, we learned in school to stop, look
and listen. The same three simple steps can help you
overcome pessimism.

Three Simple Steps for Dealing with Pessimism:


Accept the fact that you are being negative. An alcoholic
man must first recognise that he has a problem with
drinking before he can get better. You should begin by
acknowledging that you are being pessimistic.

Examine – try to identify the things in your life that worry


you. Examine these from different perspectives. Look at
them abstractly: subtract yourself from them and study
them critically. Thick of them as if they belong to
someone else and that you are trying to know how and
why they operate. You may be surprised to find out that
most of them are not as formidable as you had thought
before the examination, and that more positive attitudes
can be attained with little effort or with just a few
changes in your lifestyle.

Pay attention - discuss your difficulties with a person on


whose advice you can rely: an intimate friend, wife or
doctor.
Heed or disregard the counsel received as you deem
appropriate. Taking steps to overcome damaging
sentiments will not make your life more rewarding and
satisfying, and help you live longer.
Occupation
Study results show striking differences in Life
Expectancy (LE) from all analysed socio-economic
position indicators. Life Expectancy in men 40 years old
ranges by more than five years between the lowest and
highest household incomes, more than six years
between individuals with low and high education, about
ten years across the work prestige groups, and nearly
fifteen years between professional groups.

The ratio of those who reach pension age also varies


considerably and so does the Life Expectancy above
40. Dissimilarities among women are lesser, yet still
significant.

The results provide policy-makers, doctors, re-


searchers and public health workers with insights into
the most impoverished socio economic positions within
communities and the extent detriments regarding
longevity.

We must emphasize here that you should find and


occupy yourself, whether for livelihood, pleasure or
service, solely with what gives you pleasure and
relieves you of unnecessary tension. It is unfortunate
that the requirements of modern life forces people to
engage in jobs that they do not like. Some of the jobs
are prone to accidents, open to risks of toxins or
strenuous physical exertions.

If you really want to live long, then change your job to


one that you really love to do even if it is not as
profitable as you desire. Stop comparing your social and
financial status with others. Even in your chosen job,
avoid exposure to toxins and risks of physical injury.
Environment
Environmental Factors That Affect Longevity

Gender
Mortality rates for females are lower at each age than
those of men. Women live longer than men, on average.
For people who are 65 years old, it is expected that
males will attain an additional ten years of life while the
females an additional sixteen years. Overall, women live
at least five years longer than men. It maybe that, this
gap is due in part to hazardous behaviour of men that
exposes them to higher rates of dangers and accidents.

Genetics
It is probable that there is a connection between
hereditary and mortality rates. Genetics seems to play a
role in nine of the top 10 causes of death. These leading
causes of death are:

 Accidents
 Alzheimer‟s disease
 Cancer
 Chronic lower respiratory disease
 Diabetes
 Heart disease
 Influenza and pneumonia
 Suicide
 Kidney disease
 Prenatal and childhood conditions
 Stroke

Poor conditions in utero, at birth and in early childhood


are associated with higher mortality. Scientists have
been studying the impact of early childhood conditions
on exceptional longevity, including whether growing up
in urban or rural environment and whether growing up in
certain geographic areas affect longevity and influence
divergent life expectancy rates.

Marital status
Married people have lower mortality rates than those
who are life bachelors, are divorced or widowed.
Various studies indicate that marriage or devoted
associations improve cardiac health and help reduce
stress and motivate people to make better choices like
keeping regular medical attention and giving up harmful
habits.

Socio-economic status
Life expectancy decreases as socio-economic status
decreases. Socio-economic status also affects the
ability to access sufficient medical care and participation
in healthier lifestyle habits like exercising more, less
smoking and weight management.

Education
Higher education levels are linked to higher socio-
economic status and both are linked to enhanced
longevity. For those with a bachelor degree or higher,
life expectancy at age 25 is increased by 1.9 years for
males and 2.8 years for females. On average, a 25-
year-old male without a high school diploma has a life
expectancy 9.3 years less than another with a bachelor
degree or higher. Women with a high school diploma
have a life expectancy 8.6 years less than their
counterparts with a bachelor degree or higher. Higher
education levels are also associated with lower levels of
obesity and tobacco use, which may show a connexion
with greater longevity.

Ethnicity/migrant status
In multi-cultural societies like the US, life expectancy
varies across ethnic groups. Ethnicity or migrant status
may also be associated with socio-economic status.
Mortality of migrant people appears to vary as a result of
differences in average mortality between host and home
countries. It also depends on healthy selection for
migration and length of residence in the host country.

Lifestyle
Lifestyle factors that negatively affect mortality include
unhealthy diet, inadequate exercise and tobacco use;
excessive use of alcohol, risky behaviours and food
security; work place safety and highway safety. The
chief lifestyle factor that affects mortality is obesity.
About 5 per cent of adults are extremely obese.
Approximately 70% of adults are overweight today
compared to about 45% fifty years ago.

Medical technology
Advances in medicine and medical technology have had
major influences on longevity. Antibiotics, vaccinations
and advances in diagnostic imaging; surgery, cardiac
care and organ transplants have facilitated and boosted
the average life expectancy.
Mind Exercises
Meditation is a simple effort to calm the mind using
certain mental techniques. This helps the mind and
body in extraordinary ways. Practically, meditation is the
process by which you allow or make your mind to go
blank, thinking of nothing at all. The situation is very
difficult to most people and almost impossible to some.
However, anyone can be made to meditate if told and
directed on how to do it. But why meditate?

Benefits of Meditation
1. Meditation is effective in preventing and taming
symptoms of Alzheimer’s syndrome. Alzheimer‟s is one
of the leading causes of death worldwide. Meditation
improves the well-being of Alzheimer and dementia
victims enabling them to interact more freely with their
loved ones and entourage. It does this by rejuvenating
senile or damaged brain cells and network connections.
Meditation also reduces the release of stress hormones
and seditious issues.
2. Meditation is a cure for anxiety. Meditation stills the
mind; it mutes the relentless thoughts that make us
anxious. During meditation one develops cognisance
that one is much more than more than body and mind.
Meditation provides a retreat for the soul when thoughts
become overbearing or burdensome.
3. Stress is one of the biggest problems harassing modern
society. Stress upsets digestion, blood pressure, heart
condition and fertility. Meditation reduces stress and
enhances the functions of the autonomous nervous
system.
4. Meditation is exceptionally effective in treating alcohol,
tobacco, drugs and other addictions. During addiction
rehabilitation, meditation helps calm the mind and
mitigates cravings by detaching it from sense-objects.
5. Meditation opens the mind to new ideas and creativity
by weakening old, deep-rooted thought patterns; thus
creating space for new ones.

How to Meditate Successfully


This is a method which I have been using since my
adolescent years. I do not remember how I learnt it.
This consists in sitting or lying down in a quiet place with
dim lighting and closing the eyes without making any
effort to meditate at all. Just relax the whole body and
listen to your thoughts. However, immediately a thought
comes on, think of something else. Do not duel on any
thought for a moment. Keep letting new thoughts flow
into your mind and rejecting them as soon as they come
on.

Persist in rejecting new thoughts. Some of them may


recycle over and over again. Keep rejecting them no
matter how many times they may recur. In a very short
time your mind will start becoming lazy and going blank.
Do not try to force thoughts into the mind then, but keep
rejecting whatever appears. Soon you will reject even
the fact that you have to rejects thoughts. You will then
have brief moments of a blank mind.

The secret lies in the absence of any struggle. When


your mind starts getting blank, let go. Do not attempt to
hold the blank. Just let be. This is the state of
Meditation. It is the goal of your exercise.

With daily meditations the period of a blank increases


gradually. The longer it lasts, the better the fruits
thereof. Over the years I have come to be able to
meditate in any situation: in a crowd, in a bus and in a
market; while walking, standing or sitting.
I think this is just due to practice. Two or three minutes
of meditation, say five times a day, while going about
your business is better than one hour of a single
exercise in seclusion. This is my perspective.

Success Protocol
There are infallible rules for attaining success in
everything. These are the laws of creation. To be able to
achieve unfailingly, in fact to create without reservation,
go through the following steps in earnest, applying them
to your intent of rejuvenation and longevity.
Approval: examine yourself and situation at this very
moment, accept who and what you are. Confess that
you desire and are capable and have the right to
change yourself and your life situation.
Will: define what you want to change, clearly with
precision and briefly. State it in one short sentence, in
the present tense and categorical, that causes your soul
to resonate with certainty of success. Be sure that your
intent is harmonious with the welfare of others and of
the world in general. This is the Devine will.
Work: start doing the things that will realize your intent
after careful planning, localising and equipping. Your
work should be relaxed, joyous and charged with faith.
Imagination: see the desired outcome in all its aspects –
the bliss, the peace, the luxury and the associations that
it brings. See yourself already experiencing the goal.
See how this will affect others and the world.
Emotion: get the feelings that come when you are
enjoying your goal. Feel that joy, that contentment and
that love which comes from associations. Feel it all,
now. Feel when you have come to the end of your goal,
maybe after death. If you are conscious after death, how
will you feel about your accomplishment? Let all these
emotions be positive.
Gratitude: thank yourself, your higher being or God Self.
Thank those who helped you. Thank the earth that has
permitted you to live on her. Thank the angels. Thank
the Almighty God for granting your wishes. Act as if you
already have what you want because indeed you have it
now, even if simulated. It is like a cheque which you will
cash shortly.
Whole Body Vibration
The main purpose of whole body vibration is to exercise
the muscles, strengthen them and circulate blood in the
body. Whole Body Vibration (WBV) can be achieved in
three ways:
Exercises like jugging which are familiar and which any
fit person can do. Exercises require will power, time and
effort which cannot be afforded by the average person
these days.

WBV Dance can be done by anyone. Dancing of a


special type practised by indigenous peoples worldwide
involves shaking the entire body while mobile or
stationary. We are going to elaborate more on this
discovery.

Stand erect and totally relaxed. Slightly raise the heels


upwards at the same time flexing the knees and
lowering the body vertically but still erect. Then let the
heels drop down under gravity till they land heavily, with
the weight of the body on them, on the ground. As the
heels are falling, straighten the knees so that the heels
hit the ground with force. This will result in a bounce
back. Follow this rebound by flexing and straightening
the knees. This is the start of the second cycle. The
entire body is slack and movement is only allowed in the
knees and feet. Start this slowly and then speed up
gradually. You will find out that just by flexing and
jerking the knees straight, the feet and heels respond in
resonance. Therefore, focus on knee jerks as that is
easier.

You will find that as you speed up the process, it


becomes almost effortless and automatic while the
entire body starts vibrating in tune. As you go faster, a
condition is reached when the harmony becomes lost
and movement stops. The fastest rhythm at which you
can go on without rupture is a harmonic of the body‟s
natural frequency.
Once tuned into this frequency, the exercise becomes
very pleasurable and even ecstatic.

While keeping this rhythm and without contracting any


part of the body, you may raise your arms and hands to
any position, place hands on any organ or on top of the
head. These are variations which tend to focus the
vibrations generated by the knees and legs onto desired
organs of the body through the hands.

After doing this exercise for a couple of minutes your


body will start itching and tingling all over. You will gas a
lot by belching and farting. You may also have the urge
to urinate or defecate. Discharge your urges but
continue the exercise for as long as possible. When the
tingling and itching becomes unbearable, stop vibrating
but jump around for a while stretching, dancing and
punching; slowing down gradually to immobility. Drink
much water and lie down, fully relaxed. You may go to
sleep then.

Vibration exercises
Note that the dancing exercise can
accomplish almost all that a WBV machine can do.
Whole body vibration machine exercise the abdominal
muscles which are the pride and joy of your physique,
not only because a flat and nicely shaped abdomen is
an eye-catcher, but also because it contributes to a
healthy posture and helps protect the internal organs
and spine.
The abdominal muscles are grouped into four
categories:
Rectus abdominus, which is the largest muscle and is
located in the area between your sternum and pelvis

Emotions
Effects of Emotions on Body Organs
One of the most common causes of disease is
emotions. The seven emotions connected with disease
are: fear anger, shock, worry, uneasiness, unhappiness
and excessive joy. Our internal organs are influenced by
our mental, emotional and spiritual states. Expression or
repression of intense emotions inhibits the normal flow
of energy in our organs. Emotions influence the face
and there is a feedback system between our faces and
our organs which allows for communication between
them. A free flow of energy determines the appearance
of our face and the functioning of associated organs.
Fear causes horizontal lines on the forehead and on the
cheeks.

Studies have validated the feedback system between


our facial expressions and emotions. Thus, emotions
work from the outside-in as well as the inside-out. It is a
two-way system with feedback from the face to our
organs and our organs to our face. Therefore,
individuals who cannot or do not express emotions on
their faces will not feel the emotion as fully. Facial
feedback modulates the neural processing of emotions.

The face
Frequently expressed emotions are fixed on our faces,
while repressed or excessive emotions negatively affect
our organs. Preoccupation creates lines around the lips
and at the bridge of the nose. Excessive excitement
causes facial discolorations. Too much smiling causes
deep creases and folds around the nose. Too much
frowning causes lines from the corners of the mouth to
the jaws. Frequent manifestations of anger cause
vertical lines between the eyebrows.
The heart
If we somehow do not or cannot express emotions with
our faces, then we will not be able to feel them fully.
Meanwhile, the age of a person can often be
determined from the face. Also, excessive joy or
deprivation of it injures the heart. Anxiety, insomnia and
lack of interest deteriorate heart function and lead to
inflammations of the face. Blood shortage in the heart
leads to facial wrinkles and furrows.

The Lungs
Grief injures the Lungs which regulate energy flow
throughout the entire body. The lungs also control the
skin and Weakening of lung function leads to skin
wrinkles and dryness.

The Liver
Anger injures the Liver. The Liver influences the Blood
and the flow of energy to all organs. Liver Blood

The Spleen

b. Apply emotions to communication;
c. Understand and control emotions and
d. Manage emotions to encourage sympathy and
progress.
The benefits of emotional intelligence include, among
others, enhancements in behaviour, welfare, successful
relationship and resilience. If you are emotionally
intelligent, you are able to recognise, express,
understand and adjust emotions successfully.

Recognize and accept


Emotional mastery is the simple disposition to
harmonize with your feelings. It is easier to avoid or
suppress emotions rather than tune in and resonate with
them. We create daily habits of covering up and
separating from our emotions. Endeavour to notice
whenever these instances occur and take the first step
in emotional intelligence by recognizing and accepting
your sincere feelings.

Identify causes
Once you identify an emotion, look for the causes that
may have contributed to the feeling. Identifying the
sources of our emotions is a critical component in
helping us to start managing the emotions.

Gain perspective
The first step in emotional management is to gain
perspective. Become an impersonal observer and ask
yourself what may happen from that moment if the
cause or effect of the emotion persists. Determine the
consequences of your actions and what matters the
most to you at that moment. As you gain perception,
link the emotions to your principles, your thoughts and
feelings. Harmonization of the emotions becomes
accessible when we make effort to return to the present
moment.

Be in the NOW
Cultivating emotional intelligence is difficult without self-
awareness. It is essential to tune in and to gain a
broadened perspective but it is also crucial to probe
deeper. Stay in the now moment and decide if the
feeling you now have is the best option and whether
these have really come from your core or simply
responses by your senses and bodily organs. With this
inner scrutiny you notice your own secret code,
understand yourself better and find your ability to deal
with the situation.
Be silent and listen
Listen to your inner voice, to you heart, to your intuition.
Is it the voice of your inner critic causing feelings of
distress or the voice of the outside world? Listening to
the voices in our head can help us evaluate the
connections between our thoughts and feelings. Decide
which of these it will be best to respond to. Being silent
while listening to those around us is a respectful
exercise in compassion and helps us broaden our
viewpoints.

Call to mind what is desirable


Undesirable emotions are severely demanding on our
wellbeing. Once you allow one dark feeling it often
comes along with malevolent associates. Mild irritation
can easily grow into agitation, frustration, anger and
rage. Positive emotions have similar trends and can
also be as powerful. Focus on welcome emotions rather
than fight the negative ones. Focus on the thankfulness
that you have been able to master the situation in time
and then call to mind the allied feelings of the happiness
that will come after conclusion.

Breathe
Perform breath timing. Inhale through your nose and
throat for a slow count of five while focusing on the
changes in your body due to this in-breath. See lungs
expanding, shoulders rising, diaphragm extending
downwards and belly expanding. Hold breath for three
counts and then exhale for a count of five, focusing on
the organs involved with the out-breath. Repeat five
times or until calm. This awareness technique assists in
stabilizing you from a state of stress, worry or fear.

Change focus
When the above are not enough, it is advisable stop
when limits are reached. An important way to is to
vacate the situation: change location or switch attention.
Leave the office, go for a walk or have a glass of
water….. Shifting your focus can give you the ability to
reduce emotional arousal and regain clarity, functioning
and efficiency.

Disconnect
Take time to disconnect from the world and reconnect
with your mind, heart and soul. Free of distractions,
turning off the noise of the world and its obligations
allows you to reduce the smog that may be clouding
your emotional awareness and management. Use these
moments to reflect on situations in which you needed to
breathe or to stop. Revisiting these events with a clear
mind may assist you in forming an improved
perspective.

Revitalise
How do you recharge? The method varies from person
to person. For one person it may be meditation, and for
another it may be prayer. For one person it may be an
energizing workout, and for another it may be spending
time with family. In the best case you will find multiple
methods to recharge, giving you several opportunities
for self-care, rejuvenation, and improving your emotional
well-being.

The Emotion of Love


A lot has been said and is being said about what love is.
The vulgar think that it is attachment and sexual
relationship with a human of the opposite sex. Generally
it is a special and discriminatory attachment to
something or some being. Others, reading their
scripture or delving into philosophies say that love is
patience, generosity, tolerance, compassion, endurance
and understanding.

Is love a condition of the mind, is it an emotion or an


act? Debates abound but all arguments are partly true
and partly false. We will say here that love is a personal
matter and no one can be judged wrong in the matter.
One can think love, feel love and perform love, singly in
any combination and globally. And one will be right
according to one‟s nature.

Let us take a step, however, to qualify what is called


unconditional or universal love. We will note the
following about this delineation of universal love. This
love is not an attachment, not discriminatory or
preferential and it is the total absence of aversion for
anything, person or concept. This love cannot be
increased or reduced: that is, you cannot love anything
or person more than another. It implies a state of being
in which all is accepted and treated equally. This is the
state of absolute peace with all. The virus that makes us
ill, the harmless ant crawling on the ground, the evil
spirit or demon, the angel and God: we love all of them
equally.
So, what has this got to do with us in our bid to become
young and live long? Dear ones, it means that if we love
everything and everyone, we must equally love
ourselves. Self-love is therefore a prerequisite of
unconditional love. Self-Love does not fail in promoting
happiness and peace.

It is when we love ourselves that we can be able to


apply loving in all its ramifications to all other creatures;
it is then that we can live the types of lives that we
desire on earth.
Food
Stop consuming all processed foods. Do not use refined
cooking oils and salad dressings avoid milk product
except raw. Avoid bread which is not made from stone
ground whole grains. Reduce carbohydrates and salt.
Eat raw or slightly cooked organic vegetables. Do not
use artificial sweeteners but use raw honey or cane
sugar if sweetening is needed. These are the best
recommendations that we can offer. Food is what is
available to sustain life and we are at a loss to prescribe
food as our prescriptions may neither available nor
affordable.

Cleanse
Cleansing is done by consuming only juices of fruits and
vegetables and water for a fixed period of time. We live
in a toxic environment and our bodies are overwhelmed
and bombarded by toxins every day. Cleansing is the
perfect way to detoxify the body

Fast
This has been used throughout history for many
reasons: it‟s an instinctive response to many illnesses,
colds, the flu and intestinal problems. Animals do this
often. This has also been employed for greater religious
and spiritual awareness.

Juice fast
Juicing is the key to radiant skin and health. Also
referred to as "cellular cleansing," juicing is the
preparation and drinking of fruit and vegetable juices. A
juice fast nurtures the body, rebuilds the immune
system and restores a healthy way of living. Raw fruit
and vegetable juice contains many cleansing elements:

and detoxify the body safely.
Little energy is used by the digestive system during the
cleansing, allowing the body to focus on rebuilding,
renewing, and healing. The numerous health benefits of
juicing far exceed those of eating solid fruits and

vegetables to our daily diet, allowing us to increase the
amount of raw food we consume, giving the body
energy and boosting the immune system and body

parasites and toxins from the body.

Whole foods
Lighten up; eat simple, natural foods that are close to
their source. The simpler, less processed food we eat,
the better for us. Eat foods that are grown seasonally
and locally. They have the most vital energy, nutrients,
and vitamins. It is time to start eating sprouts, fresh
greens, pungent herbs, to get the energy flowing.

Eat & drink greens


Consider drinking a daily green sauce or eating more
greens like parsley, kale and chard, endive, spinach,
escarole, collards, red or green mustard greens or
watercress which are all cleansing for your liver and gall
bladder. Steaming beet greens is also detoxifying and
great for digestion. Chlorophyll-rich leafy greens have
the new, active, ascending nature of spring within them
to help detoxify and activate our bodies during the
season of renewal. On an emotional level, dark green
leafy vegetables have both a grounding feature and a
liberating property: soothing an irritable system and
helping us to overcome laziness, stupor and deleterious
energy.

Foods that reduce periodic reactions


Ginger is a natural antihistamine and decongestant.
Apples contain the flavonoids that can cross-react with
tree pollen. It also decreases inflammation. Essential
fatty acids counter the formation of chemicals that cause
inflammation of respiratory channels. Natural resources
include linseed oil, whole salmon and sardines. Bee
Pollen, rich in proteins, enzymes and many vitamins is
used against stress, allergies and fatigue; it builds the
immune system and other conditions and has an
antimicrobial effect in the body.

Colon hydrotherapy
Colon remedies are performed to remove accumulated
waste from the colon. Colon hydrotherapy targets
digestive wastes that accumulate and harden in the
colon, building up faecal matter which prevent the
absorption of water and nutrients; leading to

helping the body to fight against aging and keep fit.

Green vegetables

never be given up unless you want to invite trouble.
Replace white pasta and polished rice in your diet with
whole wheat pasta and brown rice and you will instantly
feel the difference in your energy level.

Melons
Water melons and musk melons have an alkalinizing
effect on the body and also provide the body with
essential fluids for carrying out several tasks.

Water
Nothing compares to water. Stay away from fizzy drinks
because it takes 11 litres of water to balance out the ill
effects of one glass of coca cola or soda. Water is
essential for our body. It flushes out all the toxins from
the body. It also provides fluidity for the flow of blood. At
least 12 litres of clean pure water should be consumed
daily.
Breathing
Without breathing, there will be no life. The functions of
breathing are known to almost everybody. What is not
known is how to breathe. People take breathing for
granted, thinking that it is an automatic process. Yes, it
is but that is not the end of the matter. Good breathing is
the key to good health. That is it. You have to learn how
to breathe.

Much magic is done through appropriate breathing.


There are many ways to breathe and each has a
specific outcome. Believe it or not: a certain type of
breathing can make you to levitate and fly, another can
make you disappear physically another can make you
younger while another can make you live longer. These
types need lifetimes of practice and special secrets
which are revealed solely to the initiated. We are either
unable or not allowed to divulge these here as they can
be easily abused, not considering the fact that they are
irrelevant to our rejuvenation and longevity goals.

The type of breathing called for here is that which has to


become a habit. It has to completely fill the lungs with
air during the inhalation and completely empty them
during exhalation. Two others types to be divulged here
will be practiced during meditation and exercises.

The conscious, full and relaxed breath


This is the breathing which you must make a habit. First
become aware of your breath. Endeavour to picture the
path of the air through your nostrils down to your lungs
and out again with the slight holding of the breath
between inhale and exhale. During the pause, picture
the interchange of gases through the lung walls and the
blood carrying the oxygen into the body while the
outgoing air carries carbon dioxide out of the body. You
can adopt any position but try to be fully relaxed. Use
the diaphragm during in breath; extending it downwards
and swelling the abdomen to maximum but without
stress. Then fill the thorax by extending the ribs and
raising the shoulders. Breathe slowly. There is no rush.
Breathe out by slowly collapsing the diaphragm and
then the chest. Perform this exercise every time you
remember that you are breathing, every time you are
stressed and each time you become angry.

The Complete and Fulfilling Breath


This is done during exercise or when facing annoying
situations exactly like the conscious, full and relaxed
breath but focusing on sounds in the throat.
Draw in air through the nose, the mouth closed and
without feeling its passage except in the throat; then let
it pass through the voice mechanism in the throat with
an inhaling sound. This is a high pitched sound.
Exhale through the nose with a low pitched sound,
mouth closed. Except you want it, the sounds have to
be so low that they are inaudible. When this breath is
accurately executed it will produce the divine sacred
sound, AUM. The vowel O is the in-breath and
consonant M is the out-breath, the one flowing into the
other without interruption.

The Meditating breath


You have no time to think about breathing during
meditation. You are not supposed to be thinking at that
time. Therefore, prepare for meditation by executing
The Complete and Fulfilling Breath for about one
minute, Then forget about breathing as you go into
meditation, during which you breath may become so
shallow as to be almost imperceptible.
Technology Based Methods
Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields
This is the method by which minute currents are
generated in the bloodstream by applying powerful
oscillating magnetic pulses through lymph nodes and
specific organs of the body. The magnetic fields are
created by large currents flowing through electrical
conducting coils placed near the organs in which the
electric current is to be generated. The electric current
generated by the magnetic pulses irritates and
dislodges microbes present at the lymph nodes into the
blood stream, where they are disabled, if not destroyed
by a follow up with blood electrification and drinking

It is a fact that weak electric currents flowing through
the blood kills or deactivates the vast majority of
microbes and viruses in the body. Applying a very small
pulsed current at an appropriate voltage unto the skin
immediately above pulse points is effective for this
purpose. Pulse points are locations at which blood flows
nearest the surface of the body. The level of current
produced in the blood is about 100 micro amperes and
should not exceed 500µA.

water which has been electrolysed with pulsed direct
current and consists mainly of a special form of water

called a “dual ducted system”. The „single-ducted' gas,

Drinking: To charge water with


BG, it is gushed through a
bubbler for about 10 minutes per
litre of water. The bubbling is
much more effective if you make lots of small bubbles.
It is best to drink the water as soon as possible,
preferably refrigerate it for keeping to the next day.

One cannot say what age is without referring to time.
Age may be looked upon as a statement and indication
or measure of time. Meanwhile, time is an arbitrary

define time. Ask any physicist, any scientist what time is
and get carried away in tortuous attempts at making you

In the real sense of the concept, time is relative and

Einstein‟s theory of relativity tackles it in a manner akin
to a child‟s description of the moon. But look at it this
way: how much time is it for a virus, if it could reason
like a human, to complete one lifespan if on the human
time scale it could exist for 500 seconds? And what is
time for your God who lives for ever and ever? Have
you never experienced when time sped, as you were
enjoying something and when time seemed to stop
when you were besieged by a calamity?

Let us not wrangle any more. I am not here to argue but


to divulge some information which you are free to adopt
or reject. Time is a dimensional concept and it only
becomes noticeable in three dimensions, consisting
length, width and depth or height with time making an
elusive fourth dimension. It is in this dimension where
what you define as life as it exists. In the lower

Earth's heart is thus the centre of balance of all things

The source of your life force or energy is drawn from
Earth's heart, for in your form you are one with the Earth

When you have learned to hold your own balance, then


you shall attract energy of the balance of Earth. You
shall then continue to live as the earth lives and shall
change according to how the earth changes. You shall
die only when the earth dies: tasting not of death, but
one with this planet and holding you form while all pass
away. Practice the following, O human, this secret so
that you too, shall not taste of change while alive on
earth, if you so desire.

One hour each day you shall lie down with your head
pointed to the place of the magnetic North Pole. Whilst
your head is placed to the northward direction, hold your
concentration from the chest to the head.

One hour each day lie down with your head pointed
towards the magnetic South Pole. And when thy head is
placed southwards, focus your thoughts from chest to
the feet.

Hold this balance at least once a week, and your


balance will retain the whole of its power. Yeah, if you
are old, your body will freshen and your strength will

First lie at rest with your head pointing to the exact

Source of your life, the solar plexus. Concentrate your

north and to south: sending one half out towards the

complete being. Forth from your form your divine spark
will fly, upward and onward to the Sun of the morning,
blending with Light and at one with its Source. There it
