Module Qualification
• Integration:
integration tests are performed
– on HBOSS
– again on HBOSS with instrumented code for structural
coverage analysis
– then on TBOSS for target compatibility verification and for
providing certification evidences
Additional unit tests may be identified to achieve all
coverage objectives
