earning a 2.6 GPA. Juan works well with his peers, is well liked by students and faculty, and
has a positive attitude toward his life and learning.

Principals Juan’s ultimate goal is to own and operate his own barber shop. For this reason, he has worked
Marcus Knott hard in school so he may be accepted into different schools and training programs. But he

Juan’s plan for his education and career is to enroll in the Milan Institute for training and
licensing. Once he has completed his training and licensing, he intends to enroll in a university
School to major and earn a degree in Business so he will have all the education and training he needs
to run a successful barber business. Not only has he created a plan for his career, but Juan has

spent a great deal of time working on his barbering skills by working independently cutting hair
