consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00) Philippine
Currency, to me in hand paid by ___________________, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and
CONVEY unto said ____________________, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and a resident
SOLANO NUEVA VIZCAYA, herein referred to as the VENDEES, a motor vehicle, free
from any lien and encumbrances, with the following specifications, to wit:

of which I am the owner as evidenced by Certificate of Registration No. _______________

issued by the Land Transportation Office with field office address at Bayombong,
Nueva Vizcaya.

That I hereby warrant the clean title of this motor vehicle and bind myself to
protect the vendee from any third person who may put a claim against it.
