and appoint ROMANA TEODORA ABRIGO TSUSAKA, of legal age, Filipino and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following special powers to wit:
To represent me in relation to my transaction for the withdrawal of my
savings deposit in BANCO DE ORO with the account no. 002740164404 located at
Bonifacio St. Tuguegarao City, Cagayan and also to my other banks savings
deposit that was under my name in as far as the filing of my request for the
withdrawal of my savings deposit.
To acknowledge and receive cash withdrawals from my savings deposit for
and in my behalf.
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact full
power and may do by virtue of these presents.
