ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We, REDEN SEVILLA MANUZON and ROSEMARIE R. MANUZON agreed that

the Deed of Sale for the lot located in Metro Villa Subd., Mapulang Lupa,
Valenzuela City, Metro Manila amounting to One Million Thirty Six Thousand
Pesos (Php. 1,036,000) will have to lower amount of Five Hundred Fifty Thousand
Pesos (Php. 550,000) for purposes of taxation only.
