    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT

    This is to acknowledge that I received from buyer the amount of __________ pesos as
    partial payment of Lot 8, Blk. 18 at Metro Villa Subdivision, Valenzuela city, Metro Manila.

    That I will shoulder the payment of the capital gains tax of the above property due on
    the sale. The payment of the transfer tax , documentary stamp and registration fees will be paid
    by the buyer. Buyer will be the one to transfer the title of lot under his name.
