HEMPEL'S BARNACLE REMOVER 69027

Description: HEMPEL'S BARNACLE REMOVER 69027 is an acid containing product for easy removal of barnacles
by dissolving them. The product works by a combination of mechanical and chemical treatment.

Recommended use: To be used on areas where barnacles are generally fixed like outdrives, propellers and bottom of boats.

Availability: Part of European Yacht assortment. Local availability subject to confirmation.

APPLICATION DETAILS:
Safety: Handle with care. Before and during use, observe all safety labels on packaging and paint containers,
consult HEMPEL Safety Data Sheets and follow all local or national safety regulations.
SURFACE PREPARATION: To get the best results, scrape off the bulk of the shell fouling before application of the product.
PRODUCT APPLICATION: Shake well before use. Apply the product directly and evenly on the remaining shells and let it work for
approximately 3-5 minutes. Apply more product (especially on vertical areas) at intervals of approx. 1
minute in order to secure that the remaining shells are always in contact with the product and therefore
being dissolved. Remove shell fouling by high pressure washing and/or gently scraping. Repeat if
necessary. Once finished rinse with fresh water.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS : The product, surface and ambient temperatures should be: minimum 5°C/41°F and maximum
30°C/86°F.
REMARKS: The product contains acidic components.
