interested in going to Wisconsin was when I was a little boy. When I was a little boy I liked the
Green Bay Packers NFL team, and I like the cold weather. When I found out that Green Bay is in
the state of Wisconsin and that Wisconsin is super cold I have wanted to go there ever since, but
that's not all. I've also read books, done research, and asked my family and friends about the state
of Wisconsin. From my research I learned about some landmarks like Miller Park (Milwaukee
Brewers Baseball stadium), and Lambeau Field (Green Bay Packers football stadium), and one
of Wisconsin's cheese factories, since the state of Wisconsin is known for their cheese. But what
I'm most interested in is playing baseball for their university. Unfortunately,, their university no
longer has a baseball team so my other option is to become a mechanical engineer and be able to
work with design, construction, and the use of machines like my father is able to do.
When I did research about The University of Wisconsin, I took a look at their
requirements for admission, specifically. the GPA and SAT/ACT scores. If you want to have a
good chance of getting in you should have a GPA (grade point average) of about a 3.50 or higher
(Niche). That means I will have to be an (A, B) student, so I need to make sure I Pay close
attention in class, study hard for tests and get all of my work done on time. Admissions also

The next set of details about the University of Wisconsin-Madison are the costs. The cost
to attend includes, tuition and fees, room and board and the application fee. As we all know,
most colleges are expensive, so it costs a ton of money to go (only if you’re accepted). The net
cost (tuition, fees, room and board) for an in state student is about $15,910/year (Niche). The
application fee is $60 (U.S. News). That means that you have to pay $60 just for them to look at
your application and if you don’t get accepted then you just lost $60. So make sure that you’re an
excellent student.
If you are an out of state student, the costs are much higher at $36,805 (U.S. News), so it
would be less expensive to attend if you’re an in-state student. But if you’re not an in-state
student that is in high school at the moment you better start to apply for jobs to earn money and
if not you better focus on becoming an outstanding student or athlete or even both so that you
The last set of details are the programs available to students, including academic majors,
sports, and social life. The major that I would like to declare is mechanical engineering.
Mechanical engineering is where you’re dealing with design, construction, and the use of
machines. You will have to use physics and mathematics for mechanical engineering. You will
be able to create things from generators and engines to elevators and escalators and many
more.Fortunately, this is a major that is available the University of Wisconsin. As far as social
life, the University of Wisconsin-Madison has a reputation as one of the top party schools in the
country. That could mean lots of opportunity for fun but lots of opportunity for getting in trouble
too(U.S. News). The University of Wisconsin has several sports teams. The Wisconsin Badgers

compete in more than 20 NCAA Division 1 sports and are part of the Big Ten Conference (U.S.
News). So, if I cannot play a sport for them, at least I have lots of opportunities to be an active
fan.
college for my major which is mechanical engineering and the state of Wisconsin is where I
would like to live. It will also help since it is a good mechanical engineering college so when I
get a job after graduating from their university I can make lots of money and have a house and
the expensive things that I want while doing a job I enjoy. Over all, the University of
Wisconsin-Madison seems like a great place for me to go to college. I just need to make sure I
keep up my grades and have a strong application so I can be accepted and possibly receive a
