Objective
Synthesis of bio polymer sheet
Apparatus:
1. Thermal press.

Material used:
2. Bio-polymer material.

Procedure:
3. Take calculated amount of bio-polymer material in the dye plates.
4. Put the material in the plates such that there is no left behind out of thr plates.
5. Fix the plastic sheets on the both sides of the dye plates.
6. Cover these dye plates with two metal plates above and below the dye plates.
7. Now set the temperature of thermal press at 200C.
8. Put the material in the plates of thermal press.
9. Press the plates with hydraulic pressure.
10. Wait for 10 minutes till the sheet is formed.
11. Now move backward the plates and and remove the plates.
12. Cool down the material at atmospheric tempratue.
13. Remove the plastic sheets.
14. Now separate the sheet from dye plates with the help of cutter.
15. Sheet is formed and it can be cut into desired shape.

Precautions:
1. Wear lab coats before entering lab.
2. Handle the material carefully.
3. Keep away from the thermal press while working
