Important Reminder
June 1, 2019 is the Deadline for Submission of Grades

If you fail to complete the OJT requirements on or before this

date, you will be “given an INC grade” with 21 days only to
complete it. Thus, LATE SUBMISSION of requirements is
acceptable up to June 22, 2019 only. Otherwise, the
subject must be re-enrolled in the following semester.
