Partners for Success

Old Style Business Relationships

– Old business relationships used to be “black & white”.
• Don’t Call Me, I’ll Call You
• Just Follow The Specs
• The Client Is Always Right (OK, You’re The Boss)
• Do It My Way, or Else……..
– Old style suppressed creativity & innovation.
– Old style not a true business partnership.
– Got job done? Yes.
– Efficient? Maybe, but you only get what you asked for.
– Enjoyable working relationships? Probably not.
– Room for improvement? Definitely.
