We are about to begin the 3rd Moving Up Ceremony and 15th
Recognition Day.
During the ceremonies, we would like to remind the audience to
refrain from applauding or clapping unless given the signal to do so.
Please be reminded also to turn off your cell phones, or any electronic
gadget. We are also requesting our guests to please refrain from taking
pictures in the restricted areas during the ceremonies. Thank you!
Sa pagsisimula ng programa sa hapong ito, ang Kapalangan
Nat’l High School Faculty and Staff Club ay taos pusong nagpapa-abot
ng pasasalamat sa ating mahal na Schools Division Superintendent
Madam Silverlina A. De Jesus, dahil sa kanyang walang sawang
pagsuporta upang umabot tayo sa mahalagang araw na ito.
Sa kinatawan ng ating Superintendent Dr. Paulina R. Perez, EPS
ng Science at Area Monitoring Supervisor, sa ating Punong Guro
Ma’am Olivia G. Javier at sa ating panauhing pandangal Engr. Ronald
Bryan Simbulan, sa ating Brgy Officials na narito ngayon, sa ating
FPTA Officers and members, completers, honorees, awardees, mga
magulang, bisita at kaibigan ladies and gentlemen isang mapagpala at
maaliwalas na hapon po sa inyong lahat.

III. INTRODUCTION
A pleasant afternoon everyone! Welcome to the 3rd Moving Up
Ceremony and 15th Recognition Day of KAPALANGAN NATIONAL
High School with the theme, “K to 12 Learners: Ready to Face Life’s
Challenges”
Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the
school year. It’s been almost 10 months already that we have witness
how these little lads and lasses proved their worth to become a member
of this batch 2017-2018.
Truly, this occasion is a fitting tribute to the completers, honorees
and awardees and your achievements are made possible through
perseverance, hard work, and determination; a crowning glory for your
parents’ sacrifices and deep concern, and a recognition of your
teachers’ dedication. Wika nga, kung masaya ang anak sa kanyang
tagumpay higit ang tuwa ng kanyang mga magulang.
IV. WELCOME REMARKS
Upang maging lubos ang ating presensya sa hapong ito ating
pakingan ang mensaheng ng pagtanggap mula kay Trixia Vendivil,
isang honor student at isa ding Junior High School Completer.

naging kaagapay ng institusyong ito sa buong taon ng panuruan, let us
give a big hand to our ever dedicated and untiring FPTA President Mrs

ang mga bagay-bagay dahil kung gusto nga na man ay may paraan at
kung ayaw ay may dahilan upang dagdagan ang mensahe ng
pagtanggap sa hapong ito let us have Mr. Narciso G. Abenales, our

V. PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES
Halata sa mga mata ng bawat isang naririto ang kasiyahan, lalo
na sa bawat magulang, hindi man po kayo magsalita ay tila aming
naririnig ang impit ngunit pasigaw na tinig na sinasabing “Yes! This is it!
Isang Pangarap na naman ang natupad”, mababaw para sa iba ngunit
sa mga magulang na naririto ito ay isang karangalan. Ngunit liban sa
mga magulang na narito ay nais kong bigyan din natin ng pansin ang
mga guro sa likod ng lahat ng ito. Maliit man na maituturing ngunit hindi
nagpapahuli ang ating paaralan, ito ay dahil na rin sa dedikasyon ng
mga taong ito, napapagod ngunit di sumusuko, malulungkot ngunit
hindi luluha (Hinihiling ko po na tumayo ang ating kaguruan at
kumaway-kaway). (Palakpakan po natin sila). Mga mag-aaral maaari ba
nating sabihin sa kanila ang salitang salamat, salamat dahil sa
maraming dahilan nakaabot kayo sa puntong ito.
And now, dahil damang-dama na ang excitement sa bawat isang
naririto, let us have our untiring School Principal Mrs. Olivia G. Javier to
present the candidates for Junior High School completers.
VI. ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION OF THE COMPLETERS
AND MESSAGE
And for the Acceptance and Confirmation of the completers and
to give us a message let us have Dr. Paulina R. Perez, EPS Science
and our Area Monitoring Supervisor to represent our Schools Division

Sa bawat hamon ng buhay may nabibigo ngunit mas marami ang
nagtatagumpay, minsan naiisip natin na hindi natin kaya but at the end
of the day kaya pala natin, sabi nga, hindi mo malalaman kung hindi mo
susubukan, regardless kung anong estado mo sa buhay basta may
pangarap ka. Upang bigyang parangal ang mga extra ordinary students
na nagpakitang gilas sa kanilang klase, once again please join us Dr.
