APPOINTMENT AS AGENT AND REPRESENTATIVE

I, the undersigned below, have by way of a Warrant to Act appointed and authorized the law firm of NADZARIN KUOK
PUTHUCHEARY & TAN of B4-3A-2, Solaris Dutamas, Jalan Dutamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur as my solicitors to act on my
behalf as my solicitors to commence proceedings against DATO’ SERI PANDEYAN A/L MARATHAMUTHU (NRIC No.:
610108-08-6335), DATIN SERI GOURI A/P PANKUNY (NRIC No.: 621005-04-5964), DATO AMEER NORAIZEEDIN BIN
ABDIL WAHAB (NRIC No.: 691211-01-5479), MOORTHY A/L BALAKRISHNAN (NRIC No.: 700607-05-5129),
KUGANASWARI A/P BALAKRISHNAN (NRIC No.: 830601-10-5530), ANBARASY A/P THANNIMALAI (NRIC No.: 711203-08-
5114), RAJANDRAN A/L GOVINDAN, Agetech Sdn Bhd, FX Power Sdn Bhd (Company No.: 1146795-M), Aman FX
Netpreneurs (Business Registration No.: 002388704-T), Focus U Film Works (Business Registration No.: 002308561-T), Focus
U Film Works Sdn Bhd (Company No.: 1183424-A), AG Wellness Centre (Business Registration No.: 002426247-A), Sai Rassy
Resources (Business Registration No.: IP0439055-K), FX United, FX United Global and / or their affiliates or connected
persons to recover my investment made with these party(s) and in all matters connected thereto and arising therefrom, and to
enter into any compromise and / or settlement agreement / arrangements on my behalf (up to High Court level) only (“the
proposed claim”).

For the purposes of the proposed claim, I also hereby agree, confirm and declare that for the purposes of this Warrant to Act
and the proposed claim:-

(i) I hereby appoint and authorize DATO’ SERI THERESA ANTONETTE A/P D MARIANTHONY (“DATO ANN”)
to act as my agent and representative;

(ii) my communication and instructions in respect of the proposed claim shall only be given by DATO ANN to
NADZARIN KUOK PUTHUCHEARY & TAN and such communication and / or instruction shall bind me
without exception;

(iii) NADZARIN KUOK PUTHUCHEARY & TAN shall only communicate with and receive instructions from DATO
ANN and no others; and

(iv) I also hereby appoint and authorize DATO SS SUBRAMANIAM (NRIC No.: 361123-01-5055) to affirm any
and all affidavits and to sign any and all Court documents for and on my behalf.
