    Assignment 1: Schedule Your sinour project
    As a construction Technologiest, You are expected to plan and schedule your work before construction
    has begun. It enables you to examine your work whether it going to the schedule or not, in this case, you
    can evaluate your performance and take a grate lesson from your failour.

    Your task: Take your sinour project plan and schedule for the propsed project by choosing CPM and
    PERT scheduling Techniques

     Work brak down struture


     Make logical interdipendancey of the activities
     Calculate the duration of the activity
     Draw a net work diagram and find A critical path
     Calculate both forward and back ward path and find Total and Free Float
     Put your expected time and specified time then calculate the probablity of before and after the
    expected time By using PERT

    Submission: On the Final Exam Date.
