Minutes of Isha Dehradun Meeting ,26th

March
1) COMMUNICATION

- PCS – 31st March

- Digvijay anna, Supriya akka and Chiranjeev anna to volunteer for calling individuals for the
PCS. Script is ready and mediators to be identified who will be calling.
- Start sending the e-flag for the IE program to friends and family and ask them to register
ASAP.
- Harshit will share the e-flyer and share the list on WhatsApp
- All the volunteers to do the calling.

2) POSTERS

-Posters for the event to be placed at relevant places like schools, govt. offices etc.

- Posters can also be placed at the upcoming viraasat event

- Posters to in next week’s meeting to be started. - Vineet Pundeer anna

- To be distributed by next meeting

- 100-150 posters to be printed, Savi suri to help with printing.

3) STANDIES

-To be collected from different places (Synergy and Bachat stores)

-To be kept at Ruchi Akka’s place

- Changing the dates of old standees, Dinesh anna will patch it up.

-Brochures from Delhi Center to be procured.

- Going to parks and standing with the standies handing out brochures

4) STAMP

- To be made for the program, Vineet Pundeer Anna will help.

5) FINANCE

- Pinaki Anna and Dinesh Anna will help.

6) UPDATES

- Hall is booked

- Initial amount has been deposited

-Program is confirmed from 8-14th May 2019

 - Everybody in Dehradun should be made aware of the program happening – Maximum
number possible

- Understand that volunteering opportunity is offered to most of the people.

- Quality over Quantity

- Sanctity to be maintained

7) CLASSIFIED

-Ad to be put within the last two weekends from the program

8) FACEBOOK

-Harshit anna will be handling

9) EMAIL

-Supriya akka will be handling

10) CALLING

-Nandita Akka will be handling

FOR PUBLIC AWARENESS

11) MATERIALS

- To be procured at different stages, stationery items.

- Before that Audit also to be done

- The material audit etc to be stared at the next Sunday meeting

- Amit akka will help with Excel sheet

- Materials to be set up in the hall, like tin oil, cloth etc

- Sham lata akka, Nandita akka and Savi akka will help

- Do not make last minute rushes, do all the preparations beforehand like for brownpaper

- Safety pin to be of specific size

- Clothes to be washed and ironed beforehand

12) PROCUREMENT OF UTENSILS

- Better to procure new utensils

- Whosoever wants to contribute/donate can do so.

- 4-5 Big Patilas to be procured

 - 4-5 Paraant to be procured

- Coordinate with Sriram anna and Archana akka for patila and paraant

- 2 more buckets to be procured

-Patila for the sanjeevani + steel mug + big ladle

13) TO DO LIST

- Abhinav anna and Archana akka to do the callings for the material

- For material procurement Pinaki anna and Dinesh anna will help.

- Bills etc. to be maintained properly

- Soumya to help with materials.

- Everyone will be involved with calling

- Nandita akka will make the alterations to the message for the next meeting

- All the standies to be placed at Ruchi akka’s place before the next meeting and not to be
delayed further.

- One foldable standee to be installed at Virasaat event from 30th March to 12th April 2019

- Next Meeting, material sorting to be done
