Overall Evaluation
This function is a Chinese gathering, in which the lively atmosphere is very
important and all the games as well as the food should hold people as many as
possible. We need participants join the games heartily. The most difficult part in this
kind of function is the purchase of materials due to the large amount of them. In our
function, people enjoyed a lot in our games and the problem in buying materials had
been settled in time. Overall, we think this function was held successfully.

Evaluation and Reflection

The strategy of buying materials online for this function was inadvisable, which
wasted a lot of time and money, because of the delay of the transportation of
materials. We suggest that if this kind of gathering is held in the future, Ex-cos
should buy materials in Shen Zhen directly, instead of buying online.

The whole preparation was lack of time management. Next time, we suggest
pics think over this function before and list a clear timeline for other Ex-cos to
do their jobs.

The preparation work of this kind of function, gathering, is needed to be divided

into small parts to make the preparation more efficient, with each Ex-co holding
one part, instead of doing the job alone.

The decoration is needed to be carefully considered. We suggest Ex-cos do

some drafts before.

The efficiency of doing preparation is over estimated. The online promotion is

not well prepared, making the impact less than intending. We suggest doing
online promotion methodicly.

The rehearsal of this function was not taken seriously, with a lot of parts missing
and problems remaining. We suggest Ex-cos take rehearsals more seriously.
