TASK
Dear students, for the October SA, you
have to design a complete event which can
be executed in school. Do good research on
the internet on the topic 'events that can
be conducted at school ' . This is a group
activity, with minimum 5 in a group.
Planning, process, proof and evaluation
must be documented.
Examples of events - exhibition of art,
sports, science, or competitions like
photography, painting, indoor sports like
Rubik's cube solving, snake and ladder, etc.

WHAT WE ARE DOING

We have planned to do a mini carnival that
includes a bakery and a few games.
The name of this carnival is called The
food fest, as the main attraction of this
carnival is the sweet and savory stall and
the games are the elements of fun.
There will be admission fee for the games,
and the sweet and savory stalls will have
food items that have an individual cost.
We plan to have about 5 stalls (including
the sweet and savory stall ).

PLANNING
PROCESS

GROUP SELECTION
Our group consists of the following members:
-Shivani
-Shrina
-Kavya
-Dharika
-Viha
First it started off with Dharika and Shrina in one
group.
Then we decided to ask Kavya and Shivani.
Later Viha joined our group, making it a 5
member, and it was convenient as she lived
nearby.
Therefore, now our group is finalized with what is
written above.

DECIDING THE EVENT

We originally thought of having a food stall
or a craft sale.
Then Dharika suggested the idea of having
a mini carnival (games).
Then when Shivani and Kavya joined our
group, Shivani suggested of combining the
ideas and we ended up having a sweet and
savory stall and a carnival (a few games for
more fun).
Later, Shrina, Viha and Shivani met to start
the documentation and finalize the event.
