Establish a reliable timeline for your event. ! 3-4 weeks for dances ! 4-6 weeks for lock-ins ! Establish your committees as soon as you know your timeline ! Ticket Sales ! Publicity ! Food ! Decorations ! Prizes ! Clean UP ! Set UP ! Games/Activities + Supplies ! Make a BUDGET once you have set your event. ! Is this a fundraiser? ! Is this a service project? ! How much do things cost on your base? ! $3.00-5.00 for dances before ! Up the price at the door. ! NO Couples tickets. ! Create supplies lists for each committee and set shopping days as soon as possible. ! Look online and order IMMEDIATELY when possible. + Chaperones ! YOU MUST HAVE CHAPERONES! !
