Proton X70 Roadshow & CSR Visit Update

Dear All, these are the updates regarding the roadshow that we will be having:

1. Preparation Time
a. Please arrive at Taylor’s University Roundabout at 830am to start off with the
preparation.

2. Matters to take Note after Arriving:

a. For the X70 that needs to be exhibited in the open area, we will guide you to this
area where the car will go up from the ramp to that area.

3. Roadshow Agenda
a. The roadshow will begin at 10am and ends at 4pm.
b. At 1130am, we will have a short exchange of Token of Appreciation, so would
appreciate if Proton can prepare a small gift for the VIP from Taylor’s.
c. After the exchange, we will bring the VIPs for a short ride in X70 with the
photographer and videographer.
4. Roadshow Manpower
a. We would need to know how many people are coming from Proton side and their
position in the organisation.

5. Free Ride Details

a. Following are the routes that we are going to take depending on what the students
choose.

 b. Prior to the free ride, the students will have to like Proton Edar Crystal Facebook
Page and share the poster from your post, and hashtag #protonx70challenge
#taylorsuniversity.
c. We will also tell the students that with their free ride, they are contributing t
d. Appreciate if Proton can pin the post up so its easier for the students to find
tomorrow.
e. We will select a few groups where the videographer will go together to film their
reaction so the SA will have to communicate and interact with the students.

6. Roadshow Activities
a. The first activity will be to raise awareness on the importance of appreciating what
you have (in conjunction with Ramadhan season), in which students will write
what they are grateful for on a whiteboard, hashtag #protonx70challenge
#taylorsuniversity, then post it on Facebook, put the same hashtag, and at the end
of the day, we will choose one lucky winner to get RM50 from us.
b. The second activity would be called the “Proton X70 – How Well You Know the
SUV Challenge”, in which students will answer the quiz after knowing about the
car, and the top 15 with the most questions answered correctly will get the freebies
from Proton.
c. Thus, I will need Proton to let us know the questions, what are the freebies, how
many are there, and how we can improve on the “Proton X70 – How Well You
Know the SUV Challenge”.
d. We will also be giving out flyers tomorrow telling people about the roadshow as
well as the free rides.

7. Resources that Needs to be Prepared

a. Canopy (I am liaising with the canopy rental company)
b. Proton buntings (as many as possible)
c. X70 (3 units haha of course)
d. Other promotional materials

8. Remarks
a. There will be no electricity source at the area as you will need to bring own
generator.
b. Thus, no sound system as well.
c. There will not be any tables and chairs unless brought by us personally as well.
d. To Taylor’s team, the dresscode is something light blue to match the Proton team.
e. Do call me once you all arrive tomorrow, so I can guide you all especially regarding
the placing of the exhibited X70.
