Dip kangkong in a batter and let excess batter drip before deep-frying.
INGREDIENTS:
1 bundle of kangkong
1 piece of whole egg
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 ¼ cup cornstarch
1 cup cold water
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Cooking oil
PROCEDURE:
1. Separate the leaves from stalk. (use stalk for other cooking)
2. Wash leaves and drain well.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat egg
4. Add cold water, cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper.
5. Whisk well.
6. Heat oil and deep fryer.
7. Dip Kangkong in batter and let excess batter drip before deep-frying.
8. Cook until nice and crunchy.
9. Drain well in a kitchen towel
10. Serve with any favorite dip.

Chicharong Kangkong with Smoothie’s aims the localities in terms of giving
employment and income to every individual. Also, to improve the living of the
residence In Baranggay Cebuano and lastly for community development.
The main goal of a certain business is to have high income especially in the
part of the owner and the business should generate pleasantly relationship towards
the costumers. Building up business is a great opportunity for an employed people to
have a job and having another source of income.
The proponents decided to enter this kind of business not only to gain profit but
also to generate more employment in Brgy. Cebuano but also in the Municipality of
Tupi, more benefits for the community.
