    NOTE:

    1. Candidate’s Individual Information Sheet shall be submitted on or before December 17,


    2018.

    2. ALL CONDITIONAL VENTURER (at least Grade 9) can attend this activity, provided they
    will submit certification from Outfit Advisors that they have already complied with the
    additional activities and have earned 16 merit Badges.

    3. Grade 8 CONDITIONAL VENTURER Scouts can also attend this activity with the following
    conditions:
    3.1. Must have submitted certification from former Troop Leader that they earned
    FIRST CLASS Rank.
    3.2. Must satisfy age requirement before taking the PRE-BOARD.

    4. This summary sheet shall be submitted on or before December 15, 2019 thru the facebook
    account at quezonbsp@yahoo.com.
