Objectives of the Exercise

This exercise aims to enable the students to:

1. Describe and identify the people behind the history and popularity of bartending.

In this exercise the following materials are needed:

1. Pen and paper

2. Desktop/Laptop/Computer/printer

Procedure

1. Collate at list 5 pictures of different well-known personalities in the field of bar and Beverage
Service.
2. Briefly discuss the contributions of those personalities to the Hospitality Industry.
3. This activity is equivalent to 50 points.
4. This activity will be graded accordingly using rubrics.
Expected Output

1. The Students are expected to submit 5 pictures of different personalities in the field of Bar and
Beverage Service including their contributions in the Hospitality Industry.
