JOB DESCRIPTION:

Butcher cut, trim,or prepare (fish, chicken, pork, beef and lamb), according to the sizes
prefer by the consumers using knives, butcher’s cutlery and powered equipments and sell it in
retail.

BASIC TASK:

● Carcass breakdown
● Production of meat and marination
● Monitoring of stocks for buying and ordering
● Attend to quality checking for deliveries
● Lift and carry heavy joints of meat to the cold storage
● Attend with the product display
