LETTER OF DEMAND

My client, DANIEL Q. GO of Daniel Merchandising, has requested for legal

assistance with regards to the purchase of CNC LATHE MACHINE & MILLING
MACHINE with a cost of P2,498,800.00, duly covered by a Notice of Award dated
December 28, 2012 , Purchase Order No. TUPC -13-06-22 dated June 10, 2013 as
well as a NOTICE TO PROCEED dated May 30, 2013, all issued by your office and
duly signed by your good self.

My client alleged that despite compliance with all the terms, conditions and
your requirements, to this date, the subject account of my client have not been
paid.

Worthy to make mention of the fact that my client had invested a big
amount of money for the procurement and supply of the said machine . It is quite
unfair and unreasonable on your part to withhold payment of the machine you
ordered for reasons only known to you which in effect resulted to the damage
and prejudice of my client.

In view hereof, it is hereby most respectfully requested that the

corresponding payment be release to my client within five days from your receipt
of this letter. It is with deep regret to inform you that your continuous refusal to
pay my client shall leave us with no other option but to seek judicial remedy to
protect the interest of my client.

Sincerely hoping you will give this matter your utmost consideration,
importance and be advised accordingly. Thank you very much.
