BOARD MEMBER, BIG ROCK RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
• Facilitate the maintenance and repairs or updates of common areas including the sign-
light and neighborhood irrigation system.
• Manage daily affairs of the association, approving or disapproving requests on behalf of
the association.
• Liaison between the board members and homeowners of a community of 41 homes
consisting of individuals from various cultures, ethnic backgrounds, and stages of life.
• Served as a mitigator between multiple homeowners during disputes.
• Worked closely with two other active board members to pass a vote and receive funding
for Cluster Box Units after instances of theft. Coordinated the installation of five Cluster
Box Units.
• Established and passed a bylaw that requires approval of a temporary storage unit after
one was previously placed in an unsafe spot. Ensure the compliance of the association’s
bylaws.
• Complete escrow paperwork for the sale of a house and send promptly to title
companies.

• Maintain quality assurance (QA) by performing a daily QA on staff and other departments
(eg. client services, phlebotomy, and satellite laboratories). Oversee monthly quality
improvement (QI) reports to management by tracking and compiling QA data into a
Microsoft Power point presentation.
• Updated, redrafted, and added to Processing training manuals so that processors had the
technical and non-technical understanding required to accurately and efficiently process
specimens.
