A. The carrier or their agent shall be exempted from any loss or damage accident, pliferage, fire, rain, thefi, stricks, lockout & riots
to vehicle by which goods are transpoted or to godown where goods are stored. We therefore recommend that goods must be
insured. We offer Transit lnsurance (Tl) and carrier's risk protedion, while carrier's risk protection, no individual policy / receipt
from insurance company will be given.
B. We would request you to pay us 107.0 of all lhelcharges in advanco along with your order and the balance on complelion of the packing
at loading point by cash only (paid basic). For lnsurance'or other charges lhe amount to be paid by cash at loading poini before
departure of the consignment.
