 Brief description of case: -

Our B Tech. Program students (1. Omkar: Regd. No. 22602688, 2. Vinod Bajarang: Regd. No. 11608749, 3.
Mohit Goswami: Regd. No. 11606590) made a robotic arm which is appreciated by Pro Chancellor mam. As
per suggestions from PC mam, the project is already in the display section of admission block. The Projects is
needed to be kept in a transparent case for safety and cleaning issues.
To make the case
 A wooden frame is required (Permission for frame building from University carpentry service)
 Three acrylic sheets (Dimensions: 46 inch * 36 inch, Width: 5mm) and other materials (Magnetic
Lock, Extension Board, End effectors, Soft Toys) are needed to purchase from market. So, it is
requested to sanction the mentioned funds for Robotic arm case.

 Approval required for (point wise):-


1. Rs 3000/- (approx.) *3= 9000/- (approx.) for purchasing of sheets.
2. Rs 2000/- (approx.) for miscellaneous charges.
