Manual for Solar

1. Open T-CODE ZHPSOLAR → Select NET METERING APPLICATION FORM radio button → Click on Submit

2. Provide consumer Id → Search

3. Provide Consumer Details → Click On Submit Button

4. On click of submit data will upload successfully and Device modification Screen will appear →
Provide
i. Device
ii. Key Date ( should be THE DATE FROM WHICH NEW DEVICE IS INSTALLED )
iii. Select check box prorate
5. Press Enter button → change i. Modific. Reason to 01 [Change Register Group]
ii. Change Register Group based on 1 part or 2 part

iii. Select Enter Button → Click on Save [ 2 times]

 iv. click on enter meter reading results

6. Provide Reading and Note → Click on Back Button

7. Click On Goto → Rate data

8. Provide Rate Type

9. Provide Fact Gr.

10. Click On Back Button → Save

11. Select radio button METER READING ENTRY → Submit Button

 12. Provide I. Installation Number
ii. MR reason '01' → Enter

13. Select Schd MRD ( should be more than last billing date +1 month )
 14. Click on Create order

15. Provide the I. MR Recorded and Note (should be '000')

ii. Select all
iii. Release w/o correction

iv. Click on Save
