RULES AND POLICIES:

 Wearing shirt with collar and rubber shoes, with socks.

 No smoking and eating inside the vehicle.
 Not allowed to come in duty under the influence of alcohol.
 Should observe road and traffic law.
 Secure company approved trip ticket before travel or before using the vehicle.
 Make daily report of each travel for log official trips daily mileage and gas consumption.
 Don’t use cellular phone while driving.
 During working time, cellular phone should be in silent mode, do not turn it off, anytime.
 Don’t use the vehicle for illegal purposes, do not use it unauthorized.
 Ensure vehicle is given regularly day to day maintenance checks, check oil, water, battery,
brakes, tires and head lights.
 Ensure vehicle is kept clean and good working condition at all times.
 Maintain high standard of service to both internal and external guests.
 Ensure punctuality and safe transport.
 Be careful about the CONFIDENTIALITY MATTERS.
 Report any accident and damage to company vehicle.
 Must comply with the company rules and regulations.
