about the creation of state universities and higher institution.

SUI was created by the ministerial order No 05/0022 and 05/038of

January 2005 and has a mission to train youths to acquire the HIGHER
NATIONALDIPLOMA (HND), in the following of study:

 ACCOUNTANCY

At the end of this, that is the second year , it is a tradition for students to
write a project in partial fulfillment of their course after carrying not less than

ABSTRACT

The acquisition of skills especially in electrical installation and maintenance

trades will undoubtedly lead to job creation and self-reliance as lack of
employment is an evidence of unsalable skills possessed by technical school
graduates.
From June 10th to August 15th, we held an academic internship at the
premises of SCTB SA, which is an industrial enterprise, specialized in
production and commercialization of flour. As such, it must be rigorous in the
utilization of their electrical appliances. It is with a view to guarantee this
rigorous utilization of electrical machines that it has established a electrical and
electronics department attached to the general maintenance department. During
our stay in this company, attention was made so as to comprehend more on my
specialty and develop more skills. The study theme “INDUSTRIAL
ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE’’ was rightly taken. Highlighting the
dysfunction observed within the company and proposal for improvements.
Electrical installation and maintenance work skills like Planning the layout and
installation of wiring, Testing of electrical work for safety, Competence with
tools, effectives use of materials, inspection of electrical installation,
interpretation of wiring drawing and the likes are highly needed for job creation.
It was therefore recommended amongst others that all the identified skills should
be integrated into the curriculum of technical colleges for training of students;
Government should endeavor to finance and equip technical college workshops
as to encourage more training and equipment of students with necessary skills
for job creation and self reliance upon graduation in our state.

d’étude «MAINTENANCE ELECTRIC INDUSTRIELLE AU SEIN DE LA
