I don’t agree with his opinion. I have had many different jobs in my life and
the most important factor has always been money. For money, people get up
earlier, work out harder, and are able to do the impossible. You need money
if you want to take care of your family. When I am looking for a job, I always
think about the salary first. I have had many different jobs where the pay has
been good and the work has been repetitive and monotonous. This is not a
problem for me. I am good at learning anything. I just need the right
incentive. In my case, this incentive is money.
My script

I don't agree with his opinion on what motivates us, because he is

generalizing and not everybody is motivated by money. In my
case, everyday I get up and my motivation are my children and
my wife because maybe I can't make the world a better place
always but I'm in the position to make their world a better place.
It's a fact that money is important, we need money to carry on
with our lives, we need it to subsist, but the best way is by doing
the things we love and by being motivated by other things not
just you
