I don’t agree with his opinion. I have had many different jobs in my life and
the most important factor has always been money. For money, people get up
earlier, work out harder, and are able to do the impossible. You need money
if you want to take care of your family. When I am looking for a job, I always
think about the salary first. I have had many different jobs where the pay has
been good and the work has been repetitive and monotonous. This is not a
problem for me. I am good at learning anything. I just need the right
incentive. In my case, this incentive is money.
My script
I really agree with the opinion, it's great how awareness increases on how to
turn those places where we work into fun places for people to help and
achieve great goals, instead of being so boring and sitting in a chair, besides,
it is fun. It's fun to do fun things. As John Coltrane said, "Invest in everything
you do. It's fun to be serious." Through autonomy, mastery and purpose,
employees can gain confidence through individual direction and
achievement, I for example have worked serving people which I have to
generate trust and security, that only at the end we know that by having a fun,
exciting and collaborative place, by treating people as people instead of
gears, we can get more than we thought, create more and ultimately have a
greater impact and benefit in the world and, in turn, in ourselves.
