Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition

I think that the most important motivator for me is the independence because that
helps me have power about my decisions. The lifestyle is something that make us
ask ourselves how we would like to live our lives, according to this answer we can
make our life routine and focus and our goals . I feel variety is something that I
always have because I like learning new things all the time and have a huge
variety of learnt things give us a wide opportunity of job . Security, Today economy
is not stable, hence the jobs are also wobbling. Even the big companies in the
world have to lay-off their employees during their cost cutting period so it seems to
me that is very important to have back up , and what I mean is to have another job
such as freelancer. Challenge, the desire is so powerful that it was able to drive
towards my self wholeness and make me go out my comfort zone. Recognition is
something that everybody wants, to prove that we are the right person for a job
and prove ourselves that we can do it. We need to make working relationships or
networking to get ahead in life and have a wide opportunities of job. Competence,
successful people, even if they stumble and suffer much, they just do not quit for
the simple reason that they want to be the champion. Thus, if you want to be the
best, be willing to give all your best. You need to work hard and smartly every
moment until you get to your goal. Work on your dreams every single day, wake up
early, and achieve more. Interest, Successful people wake up early, work smartly,
and use time wisely than ordinary people because they love what they’re doing.
They are passionate about their craft, so they are willing to give much of their time
on it. For instance, I am motivated to improve my programing skills because I want
to get a job as a front-end developer then I am willing to do what I have to do and
sacrifice my weekends to practice. Lastly, people say the money is not important,
but in my opinion, it is important since we need money to live and we always want
the best payment.
