Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

I feel security is the most factor in my motivacion You must have security in every thing
you do to undertake, to do, to get involved insomething, and more than everything has in
God and in yourself as maximum,since if you look for it in others, you will end up failing.

Being independent is sometimes good, and helps as a motivator, you know what you
have, what you can invest, and sometimes you can reach the goal in solitude

obviously ther must be interest in something it is already essential to achieve your goals
or you will no be able to resist

The challenge has been and continues t o be my motivattion to over come the obstacles,
has been something represents a challenge for me .
There must be a variety of ideas, resources and concepts in everything you do,since
repeating the same thing would cause one to become obsole.

Relationships are necessary among human beings, since from them alliances are formed
to achieve common goals, which other wise would be difficult to achieve.

by being competence in what I do, being competent does not guarantee money or fame,
but if the reputation in the trade

The lifestyle should be fundamental for me, my good habits and customs allow me to feel
good about everything I am doing.

It can be repetitive but money is never a motivator in Colombia, because it seems to me

that not, here in Colombia you finish a technological career and pay you highschool salary,
if it serves you, and in many cases only serves for contact center, Soone should not rely on
the money that he will receive as a great economic retribution,

the recognition is there, but not is the most important.
