Evidence: My motivators
Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

The Challenge has been and continues to be the main motivation to overcome
any obstacle that arises, not to give up in the face of adversity. When something is
challenging for me, I try to try harder and do my best to get better results.
Interest has been one of my most important engines, because if I do not put
interest in what I do, I will not find the results I want.
Recognition is something that is achieved with effort and dedication, after you
obtain it you have to strive to maintain it, but never ceasing to be transparent, loyal
and simple with yourself.
Being independent is sometimes good, and helps as a motivator, you know what
you have, what you can invest, and sometimes you can reach the goal in solitude.
Money will always be an important motivator, but this is obtained after a lot of
effort and dedication, discipline and perseverance.
