Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
The challenge has been and remains my main motivation to overcome
obstacles.When something is a challenge to me, i try harder to achieve it. Interest
is beenmy engine to put enthusiasm in the things i do. when a projectcatches my
interest,i focus in that it works well. Security has allowed me to develop easily
and conveymy ideas without fear.thanks to security i have developed better in
different workand social groups. The security in myself, does not mean
feeling superior toothers. (is about knowing,internally and with serenity, that Iam
a capable person.)The competence makes me overcome my limitations and
capabilities. Managinga healthy lifestyle and good habits leads me to
be successful. Having good relationships enriches me personally and
professionally. The recognition ofmistakes makes me more human. Money is
important to meet basic needs andgive us tastes. The variety is a good incentive
not to fall into monotony. if my activities becomerepetitive, my interest fades and i
no longer pay attention, i try to make everything correct. Being independent
makes me more free and mature inmy life.
