Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition

The challenge has been and continues to be my main motivation to overcome

obstacles, when something is a challenge for me I try harder to achieve it.
I always show the greatest interest in everything I do, when a project catches my
attention, I focus on putting the greatest security possible so that everything
works well. Security has allowed me to develop easily and my ideas without fear
thanks to security i have developed better in different work and social groups.
Competition makes me overcome my limitations and abilities, since it is not about
winning or losing, but about learning. Having a good relationship enriches me
personally and professionally as long as you know how to choose it. Recognition
of mistakes makes me more human. Managing a healthy lifestyle and good
habits leads me to success Money is important to satisfy basic needs and give us
taste. Variety is a good incentive to avoid falling into monotony. If my activities
become repetitive, my interest fades and I no longer pay attention, I try to do
everything right. Since I am independent, I have become freer and more mature
in my life, since there are new stages to grow
